I crafted my 1st spice blend in 2010 and introduced it at a local Virginia farmers market. Fajita Frenzy was a hit! Not only for fajitas, it spices up all your favorite South of the Border recipes. The great thing about Fajita Frenzy, it doesn't add salt or sugar to your diet. Another fantastic thing is that a meal can be prepared quickly. Just add it to any meat, seafood or vegetable. It is that easy.  I have packaged it in reusable containers and it is available in 2 sizes. It will easily provide your family with enough spices for 5 to 6 meals. So, don’t let the name fool you, add Frenzy to your chili, rice, slow cooker, insta-pot or my favorite scramble eggs and make yourself one que Bueno breakfast burrito! 

Another spice I have crafted is “Beth’s Butt Rub” … eleven spices make up this fabulous rub which includes Kosher salt. This special ingredient encrusts the meat, holding in all the natural juices & flavors. It can also be used on other meats besides pork.

I also have been busy in the kitchen making “Dog’s Best Friend” dog bones with my homemade chicken broth!

And I almost forgot to tell you…. I have made a huge assortment of B's Berry Jam! You can find all your favorites including Strawberry Margarita - yes please!
